These terms cover your use of this pre-launch website at osky.uk. The site is run by OSKY PLATFORM CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales under company number 17312067. Our registered office is Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA, United Kingdom.

By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

osky's marketplace is not yet trading. Different terms will apply to buying and selling once the marketplace launches. We will publish them before that happens.

Registering interest

The buyer, seller and investor forms let you register interest ahead of launch. Submitting a form:

• is free and does not create a contract between you and osky;
• does not guarantee access to the marketplace or any particular outcome when osky launches; and
• can be withdrawn at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

Registering investor interest does not commit you or osky to an investment. It is not a financial promotion - a message inviting or persuading you to invest. It only records that you would like to hear about a possible future investment round. Any future round will follow the financial promotion rules that apply at the time.

The ideas board

We may review ideas you submit and, if they fit our plans, publish them for others to view and vote on. Do not submit anything illegal, defamatory (unlawfully harmful to someone's reputation), copied without permission, or otherwise not yours to share. We may edit an idea, choose not to publish it, or remove it.

Acceptable use

You must not use this site to:

• submit false, misleading, or another person's details without their permission;
• attempt to bypass our spam or security checks, or interfere with the site's operation; or
• use software or bots to collect site content, submit forms, or vote.

Ownership and permission to use content

The osky name, logo and site content are owned by or licensed to OSKY PLATFORM CIC. Your ideas and other content remain yours.

When you submit content, you give us permission to review it, display it and use it to run this site and shape osky. This permission is non-exclusive, so you can still use your content, and royalty-free, so we do not owe you a fee for using it in these ways.

Site availability and liability

This is a pre-launch, work-in-progress site. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law says cannot be excluded, including liability for our negligence or fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site develops. We will update the "last updated" date above when we do.

Which law applies

The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms. Any dispute arising from them must be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
